East Lyme, Connecticut is a town in southern New London County, United States. East Lyme CT has a total area of 42.0 square miles, of which 19%, is water. The population was recorded at 19,159 at the 2010 census. East Lyme is to the west of Waterford and Montville. Salem is to its north and the Long Island Sound is to the south.
